United Transports
"THE REBIRTH OF VENEZUELA ON WHEELS"
Driving the development of Latin America’s most advanced ecosystem of intelligent, sustainable, and secure transportation, connecting people and cities through cleaner and smarter mobility solutions.
“Accelerating the pace of mobility toward a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient future.”
OUR PURPOSE
"Transportation is not just about moving lives and cargo; it is about moving the heart of a nation. Behind every steering wheel there is a provider sustaining a family, and in every unit there is a firm commitment to the progress and dignity of Venezuela. The mission at Transportes Unidos is to turn fatigue into renewed motivation and every expense into sustainable profitability."
This megaproject was conceived to protect and multiply the investment of the entire industry. These are not just vehicles being delivered; the V-CORE architecture is being launched onto the roads: a powerful integration of global engineering with components from Ford and Cummins, Alison, Spicer, Thermo King, Dana, Tenneco, Bosch, Valeo, Wabco, TRW, Quectel, CATL, all powered by Solid-State hybrid technology. This is the assurance that fuel consumption will no longer be a heavy burden, but will become the driving force of growth and competitiveness.
Skepticism is natural after years of unfulfilled promises. For this reason, what is being presented today is not a wish list, but an industrial and financial reality, ready to be deployed in factories throughout beloved Venezuela. The objective is clear: to modernize the industry kilometer by kilometer, with total transparency for the State and solid security for investors.
Venezuela’s new logistics era begins now. The final operational details are being refined for the megaproject that will transform the country’s roads and redefine its vision of itself, its potential, and its future.
"Get ready to drive the future."

OUR STORY: THE ENGINE THAT DRIVES VENEZUELA
Since 2010, a bold and disruptive vision has been gaining momentum on the country’s roads: to completely redefine national mobility and turn transportation into a true engine of development. This megaproject was born from the synergy of a multidisciplinary team that unites hands-on experience forged on the asphalt with a high-level strategic and industrial outlook.
At its core stands a Founding Council that embodies the real backbone of national transportation: Germán Duarte (Acting President of FEDETRANSPORTE), together with renowned leaders such as Jorge Alí Casanova (Heavy Cargo Sector), Gerson Parra (Public Transport Sector), Pedro Javier Zambrano (Interurban and Private Transport Sector), and Cristóbal Carvajal (Urban Mobility Sector).
This powerful industry backbone is strengthened by the strategic leadership of Oswaldo Cañas, whose career brings more than three decades of executive experience in some of the world’s most demanding automotive brands (General Motors, Ford, Mercedes-Benz), as well as in national manufacturing through Carrocerías Andinas.
The roadmap began to materialize in 2012 with the creation of Aviva Venezuela, which laid the operational foundations for transformation. In 2013, the strategic rollout of Transportes Unidos took place, culminating in 2016 with its corporate consolidation as the parent entity conceived by and for the industry. Today, this united front ensures that every vehicle of the VZLA Brand carries the full backing, experience, and confidence of those who know the country’s routes better than anyone else.
